Spied Shots:- Ford F-150 Raptor
The spied shots showed the latest Ford F-150 Raptor. You may noticed that it has a rectangular mesh pattern on the top and bottom of the grille and the word “Ford” in the middle.
The Raptor will be using the new large displacement Boss V-8 powered by Ford with Fox Racing running gear and equipped with 35 inches terrain tires in order to soak up desert bumps.
The spied shots showed that the latest Ford prototype is under heavy camouflage. And it is wearing stubby tires and a beefier suspension. Up front, it looks like a heavy duty bumper.
Ford executives indicated that the truck would be outputting 380 horsepower and 400 lb-ft of torque, but with a 6.2L BOSS V8 underhood, the production Raptor should be closer to 420 horsepower.
And judging by the level of Ford’s excitement, the Raptor is on the fast track to production. One Ford exec was quoted as saying we’re “going to drive this right up Toyota’s a**.â€
