2008 Custom Black Mercedes SLK – R171
The German famous car manufacturer has built the Mercedes Benz SLK Class since 1997. It is a luxury roadster and the name was chosen to reflect the company’s intentions for the car – that it be Sportlich (sporty), Leicht (light), and Kurz (short).
Code name is given as R171. It represents the second generation of Mercedes Benz SLK and has larger dimensions and featured featured a retractable hardtop. The SLK 200 now produces 135 kW (184 hp DIN) while the SLK 350 is upgraded to produce 224 kW (305 hp DIN). Top speed for SLK 200 is 229 km/h (143 mph) and 250 km/h (155 mph) for SLK 280 / SLK 300 / SLK 350 / SLK 55 AMG due to electronically limited top speed.
